None. they are a disaster. Have had two of them, both relatively new, and have been nothing but difficult to work with. Had one that had to be sent back to sony 3 times to get it fixed.
There are significantly better options and much cheaper! Suggest a Dell, HP, or Toshiba.
Hello I have Sony Vaio VGN-FZ21Z laptop and it is been installedwith Windows Vista. The problem is that the device was working fine but then suddenly now when I turn on my system I get a distorted graphics or screen on startup. So in order to heck out you can try out by installing the drivers under safe mode or under compatibility mode. I’ve had my Sony Laptop for 2 years, same price but it’s 2.4 Ghz (outdated obviously). Hasn’t broken down once, i’ve played games like Wolverine, Madden 09, Prince of Persia with perfect gameplay. Sony has Mac beat in almost everything other than battery power. My battery power drains really fast but i don’t carry my Sony Laptop outside or in class so i don’t mind having it connected to the outlet. If you are planning to get use a laptop for Class, then buy a netbook but if the laptop is for general use, i HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend Sony.

Alright, here’s the problem, I own a Son Vaio V505 (Known as the slim Sony latop), and it has a metalic purplish color, anyways the laptop is 2 yeasrs old, and the color seems to be ruined (at least where I rest my hands for typing and mouse control).
So I kind of want to paint it a really cool way, Metalic Black would be awesome, but I don’t know what I need to do, buy, or how to paint it.
Will I ruin it? or will it be safe?

i’ve painted every pc & laptop i’ve ever owned, it can be done but you have to be very careful, make sure you are comfortable taking it apart b/c the best way to do it is totally tear it down, i tore mine down to just the plastics then made sure to tape off anything i couldn’t remove very well, if the plastics are shiny smooth you may need to scuff them a little w/some fine grit sandpaper so the new paint will stick, make sure everything is completely dry before putting back together
again, make sure you are comfortable with and know enough about your pc before taking it apart
